Drew has a long history of applying new technologies and strategies to help David conquer Goliath, in both the for-profit and nonprofit environments. For the past 6 years, as the Program manager at ONE/Northwest, (a not for profit organization that provides innovative tools and strategies to engage people in preserving the quality of life in the northwest and around the county) he has provided online strategy services, training, and support to members of the northwest conservation community, as they work to influence public and private sector decisions that impact the environment
Drew founded and continues to manage the Oregon office of ONE/Northwest. In addition to helping the organization effectively serve groups in Oregon and southwest Washington, his leadership has helped to transform the organizations consulting practices and tools around strategy consulting.
Today, Drew and the ONE/Northwest team are focused on helping the conservation movement acquire the tools, knowledge, and capacity to effectively leverage new organizing techniques, rooted in the discipline of relationship marketing, to build an engaged citizenship effective enough to overcome the many challenges facing our planet.
When not working, Drew can usually be found smiling with his wife and kids, flying with birds, or strumming one of the ten cords he knows on guitar. Drew is a also a partner in the Sustainability Investment Fund, Oregon Angel Fund, and Green Lightning LLC, angel participation funds focused on early stage companies, primarily in the Northwest region. He and his wife Sara are also Partners in Social Venture Partners Portland.
